Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to pass a background check and obtain Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience with youth or behavioral health settings is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, structure, and therapeutic environment for the residential setting.
• Provide active supervision and accountability during shifts.
• Assist youth with daily living activities, routines, hygiene, meals, and organization.
• Supervise life-skills activities and community outings to promote independence.
• Support youth in recreational, academic, and extracurricular activities.
• Document observations, incidents, and progress toward treatment goals.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and report concerns through proper channels.
