Job summary

Ignitus Recovery's AIM Health in Boulder, CO is seeking dedicated Mental/Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to join our collaborative care team. You will support individuals on their journey to long‑term healing in a trauma‑informed, gender‑responsive environment within a startup residential and outpatient program.

This part‑time/PRN role offers 12‑hour shifts (day and night), on‑site work, and compensation of $19.00–$25.00 per hour with a night shift differential.

Qualifications

• Active QMAP certification or ability to obtain it promptly.
• Pass comprehensive federal, state and county background checks.
• Ability to pass drug screening as required by policy.
• Demonstrated trauma-informed approach to client care and safety.
• Strong documentation and boundary‑setting skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Safety & Supervision: monitor safety, behavior, and participation during 12‑hour shifts.
• Program Support: orient clients, enforce schedules, and uphold community standards.
• Crisis Management: apply trauma‑informed de‑escalation techniques when needed.
• Clinical Collaboration: assist with psychoeducational groups and relay observations to medical staff.
• Daily Operations: assist with medication administration (QMAP), meal prep, and transport when needed.
