Job summary

Cherry Hills Recovery, a startup residential and outpatient treatment program operated by Ignitus Recovery, is seeking dedicated Mental/Behavioral Health Technicians to join our collaborative care team.

In this role, you will monitor client safety, maintain a trauma-informed environment, and support daily operations while collaborating with clinical staff to ensure compassionate care and consistent documentation.

Qualifications

• Active QMAP certification or ability to obtain it.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass federal, state, and county background checks.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Experience navigating recovery communities or peer-support is valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client safety, behaviors, and program participation during 12-hour shifts and document accurately.
• Assist with client orientation, enforce schedule structure, and uphold community expectations.
• Use trauma-informed de-escalation techniques to prevent crises.
• Facilitate basic psychoeducational groups and communicate observations to clinical staff.
• Support medication administration (QMAP), meal prep, facility upkeep, and client transportation when needed.
