Job summary

Hartford HealthCare’s Institute of Living in Hartford, CT is seeking registered nurses to join our trauma-informed care team. You will perform assessments, participate in treatment planning and medication management, and educate patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care for diverse patient populations.

We welcome new graduates; CT RN licensure and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing - new grads welcome.
• Successful completion of nurse residency upon hire, if applicable.
• CT RN license required upon starting
• Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Must be able to effectively communicate information in English.

Responsibilities

• Nursing duties include assessment, treatment planning, medication management and patient education, while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
