Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Behavioral Health Department. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a population with psychiatric needs in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

A BSN is preferred and NH RN licensure is required; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed care from admission through discharge.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN licensed in NH.
• Experience in inpatient psychiatric care or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for unit patients.
• Gathers data through history and physical assessments to inform care plans.
• Administers medications and provides direct patient care.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Works with caregivers and families to prepare for discharge and follow-up.
