Key Responsibilities Include

• Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care on a shift basis and at the unit level
• Coordinating patient care within medical regimens and adhering to safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control standards
• Supporting the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining clinical competency and resource management
• Fulfilling hospital incident command system roles during emergencies and understanding emergency codes
• Performing related duties as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications Include

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as required by law
• CPR certification
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing
