Job summary

Heritage Community in Provo, UT seeks a dynamic Therapist for Spark Academy, a trauma-focused program for adolescents. The role includes one-to-one and family therapy, group sessions, and leading Treatment Team meetings with parents and caregivers.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, paid CEUs, supervision, and a supportive team in a growing non-profit setting. A Master’s in a mental health field and Utah licensure are required, with experience serving teens and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field and Utah licensure required.
• Experience providing therapy to adolescents and families preferred.
• Fluent English – speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Primary Therapist for an assigned caseload of up to 8 students (full-time).
• Conduct intensive assessments and develop Master Treatment Plans with a collaborative team.
• Provide 1 hour of individual therapy and 1 hour of family therapy weekly; provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Plan and conduct group therapy twice weekly.
• Lead weekly Treatment Team meetings to coordinate treatment goals and ensure plan compliance.
• Communicate with parents/guardians and other professionals regarding significant events.
