Job summary

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) at our CUMC-Bergan Ortho/Trauma Clinic in Omaha, NE to provide compassionate, high-quality care and coordinate patient plans.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, educate patients, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to strong patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinic setting.

The role offers a sign-on bonus and education assistance for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and health risk factors; assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on guidelines, standards of care, and laws/regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health status, maintenance, and management of conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.
