USA Health in Mobile, AL, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Trauma ICU. You will provide direct patient care, perform nursing processes, administer medications, and respond to emergencies according to ACLS/BLS standards.

This role requires RN licensure in Alabama, ACLS, and BLS; prior ICU experience preferred. You will supervise staff, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• RN licensure in Alabama required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required within the specified timeframes.
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care in the Trauma ICU and other units per unit competencies.
• Administers medications, including controlled substances, and supports diagnostic procedures.
• Responds to emergencies and uses proper body mechanics and patient safety practices.
• Communicates with physicians, patients, and families; documents care accurately.
