Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital in Missouri seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Trauma ICU at Valley Park. This full-time role offers three 12-hour shifts per week, day or night options, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

You will care for trauma patients on Units 6400 & 6500 within a Level I trauma center. Join our Magnet-designated hospital with strong mentorship, Nurse Residency Program, and opportunities to advance into ED, SICU, or CTICU leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Education Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing
• Licenses & Certifications RN
• Preferred Education Bachelor’s Degree - Nursing

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on their illness, treatment and home care needs.
• Develops, implements, and documents individual care plans with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Maintains communication of the plan of care across the continuum of care.
