Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 5+ years of current surgical trauma experience.
• 5+ years of ICU experience required.
• Massachusetts RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Set priorities in care for varying acuity.
• Maintain clear, concise documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Develop and implement discharge plans with patient and family support.
