Job summary

Patriot-Enterprises-LL seeks a licensed psychotherapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services, including assessment, crisis intervention, and evidence-based trauma treatments within NCNG armories and related centers.

Applicants should hold a master's degree in social work or counseling with NC licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), and have 3+ years of post-licensure experience, strong HIPAA knowledge, and skill in coordinating care and education for service members and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling and NC independent licensure.
• HIPAA knowledge and patient confidentiality awareness.
• 3+ years post-licensure clinical behavioral health experience.
• Experience with trauma-focused therapies and EBT for trauma.
• Experience working with virtual teams and computerized medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed psychotherapist services for behavioral health disorders.
• Conduct psychological assessments, triage, evaluations and diagnoses.
• Deliver evidence-based trauma treatments (e.g., CPT, PE, EMDR).
• Develop treatment planning and progress documentation for COR reporting.
• Provide psycho-education briefings and unit orientations.
• Offer crisis intervention, both in-person and via telephonic modalities.
• Coordinate referral resources and liaise with external supports.
• Visit armories monthly to communicate available IMHS services and transition care.
