Ellie Mental Health, PLLP in Dothan, AL seeks a Trauma Focused Therapist with EMDR/Brainspotting expertise to join a clinician-centered team. The role supports clients across trauma-informed approaches in a flexible hybrid model, with clinical supervision and ongoing development.

The position emphasizes diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions, while managing a substantial caseload and collaborative team meetings. Alabama licensure is required or imminent.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Alabama licensure or associate-level registration.
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with EMDR, Brainspotting, or other trauma treatments preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapy.
• Use evidence-based and creative therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and training.
