Job summary

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant Bachelor's Degree (BA-PA).
• Current New York State Physician Assistant License.
• NCCPA Board Certification.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive medical care under supervision using sound medical knowledge and standards of care.
• Prescribes in-patient and discharge medications per practice protocol and NYS law.
• Educates patients and families to facilitate health pattern changes.
• Coordinates clinical research activities and participates in quality/performance improvement.
• Maintains PA board certification and CME requirements.
