Job summary

University Medical Center of El Paso seeks an experienced RN to coordinate trauma education activities and ensure compliance with ACS and regional standards. You will work with course directors to schedule and manage ATLS, TNCC, ENPC, ATCN, STOP the Bleed, and related programs.

The role requires a critical care/trauma background, Texas RN license, and current BLS. Six-month instructor-level requirements for TNCC/ATCN/ENPC are expected after hire.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas (required)
• Current BLS training (required)
• NPD-BC/CNML/NE-BC or approved critical care certification within 3 years of hire

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trauma education activities per ACS and trauma standards.
• Coordinate courses: ATLS, RRTDC, ATCN, TNCC, ENPC, STOP the Bleed.
• Collaborate with Unit-Based Educators and Clinical Education to address educational needs.
