Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality patient care within a team‑driven environment. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while advocating for patients and families and supporting regulatory readiness.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), NJ or multi‑state RN licensure, BLS, and additional certifications such as ACLS/NRP/PALS depending on unit assignments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• No prior nursing experience required, but pediatric or critical care experience is a plus.
• RN license in NJ or multi-state license (NLC) preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required; ATCN/TNCC may be required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care through the nursing process and teamwork.
• Ensure patient safety by following policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions and care plans.
• Develop and document discharge plans to support post‑hospital recovery.
• Support regulatory readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
