Job summary

Sanford Health in Chamberlain, SD is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role blends trauma coordination and floor nursing, with a 40-hour week and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
• Maintains department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Demonstrates competency and uses nursing expertise.
