Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND seeks a positive, compassionate registered nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a level 1 trauma facility. You will coordinate assessments, education and nursing interventions within a dynamic OR and trauma environment.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and strong communication, organization and clinical skills. This is a full-time, on-site position offering benefits and a sign-on where eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care.
• Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise.
