Job summary

TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN seeks a Trauma Program Manager to lead the trauma services, align with the Trauma Medical Director, and ensure compliance with ACS/trauma standards. The role encompasses operations, education, outreach, and research activities across the trauma program.

You will oversee budgeting, accountability, and program development, collaborating with hospital administration and EMS partners to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license in Tennessee or compact state
• 3+ years of Nursing experience with trauma focus
• Experience with quality/performance improvement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage operational, personnel, and financial aspects of the Trauma Program.
• Coordinate management across the continuum of trauma care and implement clinical protocols.
• Serve as liaison to hospital administration and Trauma Medical Director.
• Oversee Trauma Registry and data reporting to support PI and ACS requirements.
• Lead program meetings and contribute to disaster management planning.
