Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, PA seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide skilled therapy under an OT's supervision in a level I trauma center setting. This per diem/PRN role requires ongoing weekend coverage and at least one 8-hour shift per pay period.

The OTA will implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and assist with discharge planning while maintaining regulatory compliance and high-quality

Formación

• Associate degree from an AOTA-approved program and a state license/registration as OTA.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Implements treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to support patient goals.
• Documents patient progress and assists with discharge planning.
• Monitors patient responses and adjusts treatment as needed.
• Ensures proper equipment use and safety during therapy.
