Qualifications

• RN license in Texas (active) or compact license.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required or to be obtained.
• Basic computing skills and familiarity with hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises staff in the department, supports hospital mission, and promotes harmonious collaboration.
• Ensures delivery of patient care to a defined group, monitors quality, and strives to improve care.
• Works within hospital budget and with other departments to coordinate services.
• Demonstrates knowledge to provide age-appropriate care.
