Cooper Norcross Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with trauma/critical care experience. The role involves comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and rapid decision-making in a busy trauma ICU setting.

The candidate should hold a Master’s degree as NP or PA, be board-certified, with NJ licensure and BLS/CDS-DEA credentials. Per Diem scheduling allows flexible shifts to support the trauma service.

Qualifications

• Master's degree as NP or PA is required.
• Board certification in NP or PA and NJ license.
• Active New Jersey license; BLS and CDS/DEA.
• Experience in trauma, emergency, or critical care settings is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess and manage critically injured trauma patients; develop treatment plans.
• Perform bedside critical care procedures and assist in operations.
• Coordinate care with trauma surgeons and ICU teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care based on data and imaging.
• Document care accurately in EMR and communicate with families.
