Job summary

Monogram Aerospace Fasteners in Commerce, CA is seeking an Assembly Traub Operator Labor Grade 9. You will set up and run multiple Traub lathes, target at least 463 pieces per hour, and complete a ready-to-run setup in 15 minutes.

Candidates must have strong English, good communication, ability to read blueprints, use a comparator and torque tester, and document measurements in SPC. The role requires teamwork in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience with bowl-fed automated lathes.
• Must be able to set-up and operate equipment as listed or equivalent.
• Must communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to use measuring tools listed and not listed.

Responsibilities

• Sets-up and operates all machines as required by management.
• Machines work pieces to customer and company specifications.
• Make data driven adjustments to meet specifications.
• Record all pertinent information clearly in the appropriate documents.
• Run three machines while coordinating with a Qualifier as needed.
• Complete a Setup in 15 minutes max.
• Read blueprints and maintain part conformity checks.
