Job summary

Haven of Tuscola is seeking a Part-Time Transport Driver to help residents get to appointments and events safely and on time. This role emphasizes dependable, caring service throughout daily operations.

The driver operates a 16-passenger van, maintains logs, and collaborates with facility staff to ensure comfort and safety for all residents. Candidates should be 21+, hold a valid Illinois driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record; daily pay is offered as part of our compensation

Qualifications

• . Experience driving a 16-passenger van — minimum 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from scheduled medical appointments.
• Provide safe transportation for special outings and events.
• Assist residents during outings as needed.
• Ensure residents arrive at their destinations safely and on time.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle inside and out.
• Complete and maintain vehicle maintenance logs.
• Monitor fuel and fluid levels.
• Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Interact professionally with residents and their families.
• Work collaboratively with facility staff and other team members.

What You'll Do

As our Transport Driver team member, you will:

• Safely transport residents to and from scheduled medical appointments

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:
