Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division is hiring a Trash Technician to join our full-time team at 101 Vitamin Drive, Wilmington, NC. This role carries a fixed pay rate of $18.00 per hour with multiple shifts available and requires at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities include collecting, transporting, and disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials following safety protocols, plus basic cleaning duties. Strong English communication and the ability to lift 50–100 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have physical ability to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
