Compass Group USA's ESFM division is seeking a Trash Technician in Batesville, AR for a full-time role with on-site work. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided.

The position offers a pathway to learn safety procedures and daily operations in a hospitality-driven facility management environment. The role includes collecting, transporting, and disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols, with the ability to lift 50–100 pounds

• We have an opening for a full time TRASH TECHNICIAN position.
• Location: 1155 White Drive, Batesville, AR 72501 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: No experience is necessary. Willing to train!
• Pay Range: $16.25 per hour to $16.75 per hour

Job Summary

• Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
• Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have physical ability to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
