Superior Contracting & Maintenance, a leading company in the construction industry, is seeking a Trash Removal Technician to join their team. As a Trash Removal Technician, you will be responsible for collecting and disposing of trash and waste materials from residential properties. You will work closely with Superior's Property Management team to help maintain a clean and hygienic environment for tenants and homeowners. Superior has been providing property management companies with maintenance and turn-key services for 13 years, emphasizing clear communication and quality repairs in a timely manner. Our services include roofing, flooring, kitchen and bath renovations, full rehabs, plumbing and electrical repairs, landscaping, and more.

Responsibilities

• Collect and remove trash and waste materials from residential properties.
• Follow proper disposal procedures and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of trash removal equipment and tools.
• Communicate effectively with account managers and dispatchers.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Work efficiently and independently to complete tasks.
• Assist in other maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in trash removal or related field preferred (5+ years).
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of proper waste disposal procedures.
