Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI seeks a Player Assistant/Starter to deliver a friendly, efficient golf guest experience from arrival through tee time completion. You’ll inform players of course conditions, pace of play, and local rules while supporting the golf team and maintaining operations with a polished, guest-first approach.

This on-site, full-time role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to present information clearly in group settings,

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in person.
• Ability to be a team player and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one, small group situations to guests, clients, and other associates is a must.
• Possess good mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with golfers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Responsible for informing players of course conditions and local rules.
• Keep tee times moving on time and in an orderly manner.
• Communicate with the golf shop and keep up-to-date and accurate tee sheet.
• Track players and their speed of play.
• Communicate with marshals on course with any potential pace of play problems.
• Any additional tasks assigned by a manager and/or supervisor.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Player Assistant / Starter . In this role, you will provide friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectations golf experience for all guests. To actively participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
