Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Trappers Turn Golf Club Cart Attendant to support guest services and manage golf cart operations. You will help guests, deliver carts, and ensure carts are clean, safe, and well-equipped for play.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to club rules, and a service‑driven mindset to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our resort. Previous hospitality or golf course experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in person.
• Must possess good mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests as they arrive and depart from the facility.
• Deliver carts from the cart barn(s) to the daily staging area.
• Ensure golf carts are clean, safe, and properly prepared with full sand bottles, scorecard, and pencils.
• Pick, clean practice balls, ensure the practice range is clean of any litter, and monitor practice ball levels.
• Work closely with inside golf staff regarding all groups and events.
• Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by managers and/or supervisors.
• Work with Golf Shop staff to ensure that all golf course rules including dress code and beverage policies are followed by guests.

Trappers Turn Golf Club Cart Attendant

We are Inviting you to apply for the Trappers Turn Golf ClubCart Attendant position. In this role you will assess the needs of the guests in any way possible such as golf service and miscellaneous needs, maintaining the standards set by management and ownership and taking care of one of Trappers Turn’s greatest and most expensive assets, it’s golf car fleet . To actively participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
