Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in the United States is seeking a Grounds Staff member to maintain outdoor spaces, trim and plant vegetation, and manage snow removal. You’ll help create a welcoming first impression and support a safe, clean environment for guests and associates.

Position starts as early as September with a pay rate of $17–$18/hour. This role offers opportunities to grow within a family‑oriented hospitality company that leads with love.

Qualifications

• One year of landscape experience is helpful.
• Knowledge in planting and shrub maintenance required.
• Previous experience with exterior plant maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all plants and grounds; pick up trash and water plants as needed.
• Trim, prune, fertilize, and maintain trees, plants, and shrubs.
• Ensure equipment is clean and maintained; follow maintenance programs.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Grounds Staff .In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds outside the building to include but not limitedtotrimming of grass, trees, shrubs, removal, and planting of all types of plants, as well as snow removal and hazards/obstructions removal.

Pay Rate - $17 - $18/Hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all plants and grounds to include but not limitedtopick up all trash, water all plants, shrubs, trees, flowers, as necessary.
• Trim, prune, fertilize andmaintainall trees,plantsand shrubs on the grounds.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the manufacturer’s preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure resort grounds aremaintainedso that guests are notinconveniencedbecause of repairs or maintenance.
