Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation is hiring a Transporter to operate company vehicles and transport patients to medical appointments and other activities. You will ensure safety, assist patients, and maintain vehicle cleanliness as part of the care team.

Responsibilities include adhering to schedules, transporting supplies, and performing other duties as assigned, with emphasis on patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.
• Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings.

• Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residences in company vehicles.
• Adhere to established transportation schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
• Transport supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Adhere to established transportation schedule


• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, maintaining any issues to supervisor immediately


• Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicle as needed


• Transport supplies as needed


• Other duties as assigned
