Job summary

St. Francis Hospital – A Member of Catholic Health is seeking a dedicated Transporter to ensure safe, timely, and compassionate patient transport throughout the hospital. You will support radiology and imaging teams while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with prior healthcare experience preferred. Competitive pay with shift differentials, flexible scheduling, and a team-oriented environment are offered.

We’re looking for a dedicated Transporter to help ensure safe, timely, and compassionate patient transport throughout our hospital.

Job Details

Job Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport patients and medical supplies to and from the Radiology Department.
• Assist technologists with transferring patients to and from imaging tables.
• Properly manage and transport IV pumps and poles, oxygen tanks, and patient charts.
• Ensure a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for patients during transport.
• Perform general messenger services as needed.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Salary Range

Starting from USD $25.73/Hr.
