Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old with a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and professional patient transport between residences and facilities.
• Coordinate with dispatch and maintain trip logs and documentation.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professional conduct.
