Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing/Certification: valid Maine Class C license by start; Class B within 6 months; CDL training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform road maintenance and operations tasks to keep Maine roadways safe.
• Help with winter plowing and summer culvert work as assigned.
• Operate and train to obtain required certifications (flagger, snow fighter).
• Attend required drug tests and medical examinations as part of employment.
