Parker LORD, a Parker Hannifin business, seeks a Regulatory Compliance Program Lead to guide global transportation, waste, and packaging compliance initiatives.

The role partners across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Development, Packaging Engineering, Procurement, Global Trade, EHS, Sustainability, and Commercial teams to reduce regulatory risk while enabling business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in hazardous materials transportation, product stewardship, environmental compliance, packaging compliance, or related regulatory disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance for hazardous materials and dangerous goods transportation compliance.
• Develop enterprise transportation policies, procedures, guidance documents, and governance standards.
• Lead transportation compliance assessments, investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor changes in federal, state, provincial, and international waste regulations and implement required program updates.
• Establish and implement the enterprise strategy for packaging compliance, including EPR and PPWR.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the Regulatory Compliance team.
