Final Mile Systems in Duncan, OK is seeking a hands-on Terminal Manager for night operations. You will oversee cross-dock activities, supervise drivers and contractors, and ensure safety and on-time freight movement.

You will actively lead on the dock, operate equipment when needed, review ELD and dash camera data, and partner with dispatch and safety teams to maintain a productive terminal.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, warehousing, or terminal operations.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Hands-on forklift experience required.
• Familiarity with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Experience working with ELD systems.

Terminal Manager – Night Shift:

• Salary: $70,000 per year.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Schedule: Night Shift.

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Terminal Manager to oversee nighttime operations at our cross-dock terminal. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day terminal activities, leading employees and independent contractors, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and ensuring freight moves efficiently and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader and problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced transportation environment and is willing to get hands-on when needed. This is not a desk-only management position. The Terminal Manager will work directly with drivers, contractors, warehouse personnel, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly.

• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and productive terminal environment.
• Lead by example and maintain a professional relationship with employees and contractors.
