Job summary

You will lead a team to ensure safe, efficient product movement through the distribution center, partnering with Operations, Transportation, and Inventory teams to meet goals and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years experience in distribution/warehouse environment.
• Certified on powered industrial equipment, when applicable.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team; supervise day-to-day activities and development.
• Collaborate with operations to meet production goals and improve processes.
• Drive safety, accuracy and compliance; enforce policies.
