Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Prior experience supervising or leading teams (preferred).
• Familiarity with distribution center operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of business and financial reports.
• Flexibility to work required schedules and shifts.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance.

• Lead & Inspire Your Team: supervise day-to-day activities and coach staff.

• Drive Operational Excellence: partner with Receiving, Shipping, Transportation, and Inventory Management.
• Optimize Staffing & Productivity: monitor staffing levels and adjust resources.
• Ensure Safety, Accuracy & Compliance: enforce policies and administer corrective action.
• Lead Communication & Collaboration: conduct shift updates and cross-department coordination.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: identify waste and suggest process improvements.
• Support Business Goals: help achieve departmental goals and provide reports to leadership.
