Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, quantitative or statistical analysis, or related field with 3 years technology implementation and data analysis experience.
- Reliable transportation for job duties is required.
Responsibilities
- Acts as technical liaison between departments and work units.
- Defines and implements business process improvements through software system enhancements and web-based services.
- Conducts research and analysis related to performance management and process improvement.
- Facilitates collection and maintenance of asset data (transportation, facilities, fleet) to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinates development of the five-year Highway Operations Plan with Program Managers and Highway Engineer.
