Scott County in Minnesota seeks an IT/Business Systems Analyst within the Physical Development Division (Transportation, Facilities and Fleet, Planning and Resource Development). You will evaluate, plan, redesign, and implement software solutions, understand current processes, and help units operate more efficiently.

You will analyze data, run database reports, and coordinate with managers to measure program results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Quantitative or Statistical Analysis, or related field
• Three years progressively responsible experience with technology implementation, testing, and data analysis in a government or service-industry organization
• Reliable transportation for the performance of work responsibilities

Responsabilidades

• Acts as technical liaison when work requires coordination of efforts between departments and work units
• Defines, designs, and implements business process improvements through the use of software system enhancements, integration, and delivery of internal and external web-based applications and services
• Conducts research and analysis related to performance management, process improvement, and strategic planning
• Facilitates the collection, organization, and maintenance of accurate asset data (transportation, facilities, fleet), ensuring data quality and accessibility
• Coordinates the development of the five-year Highway Operations Plan, updated annually
