Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3 years of technology implementation, testing, and data analysis experience in government or service settings.
• Experience with performance management, data quality assurance, and capital planning is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Project management and business analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as technical liaison between departments and work units.
• Defines and implements business process improvements using software enhancements and integration.
• Conducts research and analysis related to performance management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
• Facilitates collection and maintenance of asset data to support asset management decisions.
• Coordinates development of the five-year Highway Operations Plan with Program Managers and Highway Engineer.
