You will present findings and recommendations, while applying lean thinking to eliminate waste in daily tasks. Ideal candidates are proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of managing multiple projects, and maintaining a GPA of at least 3.0.

Qualifications

• Full-time student in good standing actively pursuing a degree at a local college/university.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilités

• Training and job-shadowing to understand workflows across the company.
• Leadership/ownership of assigned project(s).
• Participation in a team project with other interns.
• Problem definition, research, data collection, analysis to determine best processes.
• Review, update, and track reports.
• Present project information at internship culmination with findings and recommendations.
• Apply lean thinking to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
