Plug Power is seeking a Supervisor, Transportation in its Logistics department in the United States. The role leads the driver workforce responsible for hauling compressed gas and liquid hydrogen, overseeing hiring, scheduling, coaching, and safety, and coordinating with Distribution Planning for route loads.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, familiarity with DOT requirements for Tanker and Hazmat operations, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of supervisory, driver management, dispatch, or related transportation experience; Hazmat operations preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and Hazmat regulations.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and adhere to SOPs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
