Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements, 3 years CMV experience, and is willing to travel for training assignments. You'll document deliveries, mentor trainees, and uphold DOT standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
• Minimum 3 years CMV driving experience with a clean record.
• Experience or aptitude in driver training and coaching is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to complete training assignments and meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive with a paired team driver to transport compressed gas and liquid hydrogen safely.
• Provide hands-on instruction and evaluation to trainees in solo driving scenarios.
• Complete required documentation such as bills of lading and delivery tickets.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and DOT compliance; uphold safety standards during offloads.
• Offer real-time coaching on safe offloading procedures and EHS practices.
• Represent Plug Power professionally in all interactions and duties.
