Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2 years in Transportation or Logistics and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; CDL A preferred. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft tools and Samsara.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years' experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Customer Service, required.
• 1+ years of supervisor experience preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with acceptable driving record per company policy.
• CDL Class A license preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft software and basic technology like tablets.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and employees in Market Haul and Live Haul.
• Coordinate pickups and transfers with scheduling.
• Communicate with Dispatch and supervisees.
• Ensure safety policies are followed.
• Assist with accidents, investigations, and payroll timekeeping.
• Review Hours Summary to prevent DOT violations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and monthly safety training.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety and Biosecurity policies.
• Foster a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
