Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead the Mayer team in Etna, PA. You will coordinate daily route planning, staffing, and delivery Operations while ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and DOT rules.

You will hire and train staff, perform performance reviews, and ensure customer service is first in every delivery. Strong knowledge of routing, load balancing, and manifests is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in a Distribution Center/Warehouse environment preferred.
• High School or GED - Required
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily route planning, staffing, and load balancing activities.
• Ensure OSHA and DOT requirements are met by vehicles, drivers, and processes.
• Supervise loading processes and maintain manifest integrity for all loads.
• Provide leadership and education for personnel involved with delivery operations.
• Schedule deliveries and dispatch drivers based on customer requirements.
