Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Distribution Center Transportation Dispatch to join the Mayer team in Norcross, GA. This role focuses on routing deliveries and drivers efficiently while meeting delivery metrics and maintaining proper loading and manifests.

The position requires ensuring OSHA and DOT compliance, coordinating schedules, and serving as the primary liaison between internal customers and drivers. Excellent organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Distribution Center/Warehouse role or similar.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily route planning, staffing, and load balancing.
• Ensure OSHA and DOT compliance for vehicles and drivers.
• Oversee loading and manifest integrity for outbound loads.
• Schedule deliveries and dispatch drivers per customer needs.
• Maintain records of deliveries and close manifests.
• Coordinate daily on-demand services as needed.
• Ensure assets are maintained per company standards.
• Oversee building and vehicle maintenance, safety, and security.
