McLane Co. in Findlay, OH is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to provide direct supervision for a team of Drivers and ensure safe, on-time deliveries.

The role requires knowledge of routing procedures and DOT regulations, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (3:00pm–1:00am with potential adjustments) and benefits beginning Day 1, including medical/dental/vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, and PTO.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of transportation management experience in food distribution.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations desirable.
• AS/400 experience preferred; familiarity with routing software helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a group of Drivers, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate deliveries.
• Review logs, hours of service, and DOT compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with distribution center departments for timely deliveries.
• Carry out special projects at supervisor's discretion.
