Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or related field.
• Associate's degree with 4+ years' experience in logistics/operations.
• Proven leadership experience in operations, logistics, or terminal management.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, transportation software (TMW, PeopleNet, etc.), and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of transportation fleet modeling, DOT regulations, and C-TPAT compliance.
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics workforce, including drivers, clerks, specialists, and support staff.
