Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or related field.
• Associate degree with 4+ years' experience in logistics/operations acceptable.
• Proven leadership experience in operations, logistics, or terminal management.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, transportation software (TMW, Peoplenet, etc.), and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of transportation fleet modeling, DOT regulations, and C-TPAT compliance.

In this position, you will manage workforce accountability, enforce regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in transportation logistics, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: Oversee logistics workforce, including drivers, clerks, specialists, and support staff.
• Regulatory Compliance: Enforce DOT regulations, OSHA, C-TPAT, company policies, and safety protocols.
• Talent Development: Train and develop team members to maintain operational proficiency.
